All these 'easy' voting rules, motor voter registration, early voting, absentee voting from the next block, no ID required to vote, etc were done to increase voter turn out to try and get more people interested in the political process. Now we're interested in the survival of the elections process. With this Pat Moran incident, it exposes some giant loopholes created by our attempts to devalue the voting process. If people had to walk 3 miles to the polling place, maybe only the serious would bother.

I'm against the easy registration processes too. Dems got that stuff pushed through with the intent of committing fraud.

As of yesterday, Patrick Moran was a field director for Democratic Rep. Jim Moran of Virginia, his father. Pat Moran was caught on tape by Project Vertias encouraging the use of fraudulent utility bills to vote under different names, even going so far as saying DNC attorney's would defend doctored and forged utility bills in order to get around Virginia's Voter I.D. law, so long as they looked legitimate.
