What bothers me is the ease with which Obama and the IRS can change the 3000 pages of gobblegook. Wasn't something signed into law?

From what I've read of the ObamaCare Law, there are literally hundreds of parts that say "as the Secretary(HHS) directs".

Sounds to me like a whole bunch of power given to an unelected offical.
