I really wonder sometimes whether fast and furious wasn't intended to arm only Hezbollah in the US in order to precipitate the need for a state of emergency and suspension of the 2012 elections. At that time, Obama was in real trouble. Just like drugs, when the federal government bans something, the enforcement is always in question. The federal constitution gives the "uninfringed" right to bear arms, but it's up to the states to regulate the process. I sense a new federal cabinet bureaucracy and a new federal tax coming. Any doubters?
