If I were the republicans and freshman democrats (who I assume may still be keeping their campaign promises) I would refuse to legislate on any issue that Obama has used unconstitutional executive orders on, until the orders are recinded and court judgements rendered. Otherwise the republicans and honest democrats will be nothing but rubber stamps in the minds of the american people, and rubber stamps for crimes against the people.
