Why waste our time. He will blame Republicans because he has not passed a budget in 4 years. He wants to raise taxes, and $50 billion stimulus package much of which will be wasted. The compromise cut spend some time in the future with no specifics. Does this sound like compromise to you??????

You clowns make such a big deal about "passing a budget." What a bunch of gullible, insubstantial morons.
