The problem you have is assigning ANY logic to liberal thinking. As Michael Savage's book states, Liberalism is a Mental Disorder. Therefore, ANY resemblence of logic to ANYTHING they say or do is purely coincidental. In this case it only follows their standard thinking. Several years ago - in early '09 I believe was a Drudge headline that Uncle Joe (idiot) Biden stated: We need to spend more to reduce the deficit. Obviously THAT (stupid) thinking is still alive and well in the Demo-Rat party.
