Matt in N.C. : Gov. Romney and I are fellow members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I confess, when he began he run with other Republican candidates, I was cautiously optimistic. I wanted him to have a "decent showing". I wasn't sure he would make it through to the Republican nomination (after all, he didn't in 2008). But, as he continued his momentum until he secured the Republican nomination, somehow, I felt this time could be DIFFERENT. Given his experience with the many Republican debates, I felt a calmness that he could use those opportunites to true effect.
