I grieve for those who have a "bare essential" life, those skinny little, elderly men who work in our local supermarkets stocking shelves. I speak to them and they state that need to work simply because they just cannot make it financially w/SS. Sooooo, now Obama is going to cut and/or freeze the SS that they diligently paid into for multiple years thinking that they would have something to live on in their elder years. Why are the elder, American citizens now the victims while all the illegals who never paid a thin dime into SS are being given a free financial ride?????

rigby: You just put your finger on the pulse of the problem. Seniors (elder vintage citizens), who paid into the SS Accounts for years, cannot re-invent the wheel. However, why do the youthful illegals deserved to displace American Citizens. We have many personal friends who are Doctors (male and female) and we are now getting tons of info as to what Obama has planned to deny the elderly pre-emptive testing, medications, treatments, et al. We (husband and I) equate these Obama plans as quasi-death panels: by denying multiple health services to Seniors, their deaths, in some instances, will be imminent.

No we are not in disarray. Unlike the Progs, Libs and obnoxious Trolls who are Dems first and Americans second, we will always admit to an erroneous judgement if evidence thereof prevails. We Cons are and will always be AMERICANS FIRST; thus, anything else is subordinate!!

You are absolutely correct! I recently went to my Doctor for my yearly and was told that I am NOT eleigible to have a particular test that is conducive to my general genetic/historical symptomology. I simply told the Doctor that I would pay and to forget my private insurance rules. BO apparently has set the pace.
