Sunday, December 02, 2012 The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 56% of Likely Voters at least somewhat approve of President Obama's job performance. Forty-four percent (44%) at least somewhat disapprove. This is the president’s highest approval rating since being reelected and the highest since the earliest days of his time in office (see trends). Eighty-nine percent (89%) of Democrats approve, while 85% of Republicans disapprove. Among those not affiliated with either major party, 55% approve and 43% disapprove. The president earns approval from 44% of white voters, 97% of black voters and 75% of other minority voters.
Everyone pays taxes. The poor pay more of a percentage of their income in taxes, not less. We just don't call it "income tax."
"The point is, is that when we succeed, we succeed because of our individual initiative, but also because we do things together"
No. It's not.
In both instances people exchange a portion of their labor in exchange for goods and services. It is a social contract. The government does not take all your property and taking away some of it does not by any stretch of the imagine make you more reliant of government. No one is claiming that the government takes all your stuff and takes care of all your needs in exchange for it.
He deserves respect.
West is not a piece of garbage. He is wrong. That's all.
Um, yes. I do, every month. This is for a family of 3. We paid $1100 per month in 2008 and 2009.
And is bitching that it may be increasing.
