He is in his last term. In the Chicago area, Benedictine University is probably the "most Catholic" Catholic university. They don't play Division 1 basketball but in recent years DePaul has been Division 1 in name only.

But counsel is not permitted? It appears the Inquisition is alive and well at DePaul.

DePaul is not Jesuit. It is Vincentian. I graduated from a Jesuit university and have done my best to keep my children away from the "Jebbies."

If you follow recent events at DePaul (going back about five years), DePaul has deserved to have its name dragged through the mud numerous times.

This should come as no surprise as DePaul has been rated as the "least Catholic" Catholic University in the United States. My alma mater, the University of Detroit Mercy, had the "distinction" of finishing second to DePaul. I sent both my children to Catholic high school but when time came for college, we only looked at state universities. There's no reason to pay three times the tuition for your children to attend DePaul or Detroit-Mercy when they are no more Catholic than state schools.

You are correct. Once the current group of illegals becomes leagalized, a new group of illegals will replace them. The official estimate of illegal aliens in the U.S. was 300k. The actual number that gained amnesty was about 3 million. Today the official estimate is 11 million. It is more likely 20+ million. What will the amnesty of 2023 by? 40 million? 50 million? 60 million?

There was a time (about 40 years ago) when California had the best K-12 public education system in the counrty.
