A fetus is a separate human life from the moment of conception, according to science. There is no point in the pregnancy where it transitions from being "not human" to "kinda sorta but not really human" to being "fully human". The desire to set forth some kind of arbitrary developmental criteria exists only in the minds of liberal cultists.
