This is much more a crime and criminal behavior than what is being reported. Many political systems in the past has used the "strong arm" of the govt to surpress freedom of speech. This not only is a direct violation of the Constitution of the United States, it leaves many questions as to how this came about, who approved, directed and attempted to cover this up, too. The only reason this came out was a class action suit by 16 conservative organizations and would eventually hit the headlines (maybe). This needs, no must have a congressional investigabion. There is too many questions on this last election. Conviction of voter fraud with more suits and investigations, counties with more votes than voters, influence peddling, foreign doners, cabinet an appointees with obvious ties to radical Islam ties, socialists, black panters, racial and ideology preference, foreign influence and again, taxation without representation, attempt on the infringement of our 2nd amendment rights. Governors, mayors, politicians have been convicted of racketeering with less evidence than this. All of these can be defended by the administration singly, but together they show the intent to usurp and by pass congress and the Constitution. These need to be put on trial, take this administrated to task for treason.

The Bogus 'Public Safety' Exception

Barry409 Wrote: Apr 27, 2013 9:12 AM
As much as this "Public Safety" is seemly wanted by most of the public, it is directly against the 4th and 5th amendment. There is no reason, and I will repeat, no reason to deviate from the Constitution. If it can be disbanded for this reason, then the govt, the police the states can find their own "Public Safety" reasonings. NOW, being a naturalized citizen, this attrocity can deem his visa, his citizenship being petitioned under false pretences and and revoked thus his arrest and detention being a foreign combatant (which he should) and come under military review. There is enough evidence already to do this. Even in the most trying times, we can not allow the circumventing of the Constitution if we are to survive in a free state.
Now this is a very good perspective of the decline of the middle class in the US. Post WWII one family member could work and support the family where now, both working barely support the family. Pressure to have single households, regulations to support bigger govt and corp inequitable wealth between workers and management have moved the bar of middle America downward. Corp movement from productivity to profit.
So very true, now the union owns GM with the govt.

Clint Still Has the Guts that Punks Lack

My opinion was Clint did exactly as he intended. He did draw us into wondering if he is too old, I thought several times... "ohh no" but then he would brillient hit the problems directly on the head! Intentional and deliberately caught our attention to the problems and direction of this president is not the direction of our free country. Very well done. I think more people listened to this and the replay than to Romney's and Ryan's speech, played over and over with such exposure. If anyone listened to the whole skit, no one can be left with anything but this president.. must be a part of "just let em go".
I really believe the Chicago thuggery and criminal behavior he learned there he brought to the WH. Tell his constiuants anything they want to hear, then business as usual behind the scenes. His rhetoric and his actions are in direct conflict. All is with his political agenda, same as it has been throughout his time since in Harvard and his alliances with criminals, socialists, marxists and communists. Selling his Senatorial seat... (smile) business as usual. Contribute to my campaign and I will take care of you.. Give me 50,000 and I will give you 500,000.. "I won" This criminal must be voted out of the WH along with all his crony's (if we get there)
5. Who hires and pays the middle income workers? When you answer that, then why would you want them to be less profitable, unwilling to risk their finances in an atmosphere if unknown bigger expenses? 6. More and more Americans are on govt welfare than at any time since the depression. Actual unemployment (counting those not eligible and stopped working) would be more around 14%. If I received welfare, food stamps, section 8 housing, had 5 or 6 kids.. Sure, I would have my Cadillac, rocking clothes, excellent club time and surely vote for bigger govt. But when those taxed become smaller and smaller until the debt is like Greece.. I guess I would fight in the street for my lifestyle, too?
1. Govt borrows 40% of all monies spent each year. It gets bigger each year. Unstainable. 2. Middle income peoples who do most of the actual work in the US is losing their buying power. Gas, Utilities, FOOD all a major portion of wages.. And it will get worse. 3. All emerging and upward countries have inexpensive energy. Technology is not where we can not have oil and coal supporting our energy needs. Policy (regulatory czars) making energy much, much more expensive causing increases in prices that are making middle income smaller and smaller. 4. Obamacare, largest tax without representation in the history of the US. So, you are telling me there are people that can not get free medical care if they can't afford it?

Are we helping the espionage of the US by purchasing our military and govt computer chips that are manufactured in China? It seems the phrase "back door" never passed their mind.. How did the drone just "land" in Iran? It reminds me of the phrase "what were you thinking?"

President Obama Is MIA on Fiscal Policy

(Cont) the person exercises control over a piece of property or service, regardless of the payment method. A 1% TAX INCREASE for everyone. This will hurt the middle class more than anyone else.
