Who Speaks Now for the GOP?

I sure hope you're right. We have a compelling message, if we actually mean it. Obama got elected in no small measure because Republicans controlled Washington from 2000-2006, and did nothing but bleed money. We need to be prepared to make massive cuts in Defense, but we need in turn to be wiling to make massive cuts in the size of government. We don't even need to start with "entitlements", but rather with entire departments, starting with the Department of Homeland Security. Longer term, we do plainly need to repeat the approach of privatizing Social Security that worked so well in Chile, and we need to change how health insurance is ALLOWED to operate.
