I agree and at the same time feel bad for the African Americans that should be celebrating this Presidency but instead, have to share some of the disdain we all feel that this administration has brought upon us.What an opportunity for the African American populace to finally find their spot in the sun but unfortunately for the record, their spot in the sun has become a blemish on the history of America. This is the most incompetent administration in our history. Worse then the Carter years and certainly doesn't bode well for the future of African Americans that may have wanted to follow in this Presidents foot steps. Unfortunately they may now be taking a second look and deciding that the smell has to go away before the next man/woman...

Reality keeps intruding on Attorney General Eric Holder’s approach to terrorism.

During recent testimony before the House Appropriations Commerce, Justice and Science Subcommittee, Holder had a heated exchange with Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas), over the rights of terrorists – specifically over whether a captured Osama bin Laden would need to be read his Miranda rights in accordance with the civilian prosecution model that Holder continues to advocate.
