There is a time and place for everything, not beacuse a judge says, choke on this! and the Judge responding in a way, that is nothing more than a slap in the face. By the way inevitable does not mean NOW!!!! THE PEOPLE will know when NOW IS 'Why? He was appointed by George H. W. Bush. He is a Republican. If he had been straight, gay marriage advocates would have screamed conflict of interest". Its the second part of this sentence that is bothersome to me, Like I said there is a lot of assuming and or assumption in it, think about it ?
