General Ham wanted to go in but was told to "stand down"... Who gave that order and who demoted General Ham??? There are way too many questions and not enough answers. And if I hear one more time that they could not send any help because they did not know the situation on the ground when they had a "LIVE FEED" showing exactly what was going on!!! This is nothing but BS...

In fairness, generals can WANT to do many things, and they can be AWARE of many things, but they CANNOT DO ANYTHING unless and until they are ordered to do so by a competent authority.

Gen. Ham would have been guilty of many violations of the UCMJ and other Title 10 laws if he had acted in Benghazi without orders.
