We have these morons to thank for the recent reelection of a man who doesn't know much more than they do about the economy. It's all feel-good stuff. The Obama admin are a bunch of LIARS. Everything they do has to be rewritten to be exactly the party line and it doesn't matter if it doesn't make any sense, because their supporters re too stupid to think for themselves. I feel like taking our money out of the stock market and putting it under the mattress at least until we can find another country to move to that won't think that we have to support an underclass who can outvote us and vote themselves all the entitlements.

And one of the reasons that the Dems recommended fewer mammograms and other cancer screenings? Too many false positives. FALSE POSITIVES cost too much money in followup tests.

Al Sharpton is an evil man who has set civil rights for blacks back several generations. His only desire is for a platform to spew his hate and get his mug on TV.. Unfortunately, some blacks believe him which sets back relations between all Americans. Those of us who didn't used to be racists have gotten sick of being called racists every time we turn around. Listening to the ranting of the reverend makes me look at blacks differently. Maybe they believe the sharpton brand of hate.

I graduated college a couple of years ago at age 65. I actually thought that the first two years of college are teaching what these students should have learned the last two years of high school. I know that I learned that in high school and I wasn't even a college-prep student.

I was trying to pull out one particularly great comment, but everything in this article is succinct and to the point and so very well said. Thomas Sowell is one of the most brilliant columnists in this country. He always makes a reasoned argument.

Although I agree with Mr. Hawkins' ideology, I don't llike his petty, nasty comments. His example #5 is especially egregious. "There are some women whose medical insurane doesn't pay for their contraception, you, know, just like men!" No - a woman's lack of contraception is not just like a man's, getting pregnant is a lot more life-changing for a woman than a man. And, it really isn't a logical statement that a woman who had so much sex that she couldn't pay for her birth control would have to be a professional prostitute. Most birth control is on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, some even three times a year basis rather than a per encounter basis.

Actually, I have heard a lot about it - via e-mails asking for money to help Gov. Scott Walker's campaign. I certainly don't want to send money to somebody who sends me an e-mail asking for it. I hope Gov Walker wins in Wisconsin. It sounds like the unions are working overtime to win this election.
