Finally!! A Republican uses the Democrat playbook. How long (and how effective) have the Dems been in bringing their props to the stage? How long (and how effective) have they been in speaking the Man On The Street language rather than in "boardroom" language like the Republicans do? Did you know that Madison Avenue advertises to the 7 intellect to make sure everyone understands what they are trying to sell? Another thing.....

The inside game can be described by the Washington phrase "regular order." What that means in ordinary American English is that you proceed according to the rules.

Bills are written in subcommittee and committee and then go to the floor. When the House and Senate pass different versions -- likely when Republicans control the House and Democrats have a majority...
