Because courts can sentence murderers to life without parole, why not get rid of the death penalty? It's a frequent question posed by readers and advocates who oppose the death penalty. Many people believe DNA evidence has freed innocent people on death row because that is what the Liberal media tells them.
This is simply not true.
Listen up! DNA evidence can never, I repeat, never prove anyone innocent.
If your DNA is in a woman I raped and murdered, does that mean I am innocent?
