This really does make sense.

If California can proclaim sovereignty over Marijuana laws;

Washington State can proclaim sovereignty over immigration laws;

Oregon can proclaim sovereignty over doctor assisted suicides;

If Florida can claim Sovereignty over Oil and Natural Gas in the Gulf of Mexico while China is drilling for oil and gas in the very same location;

If Mass. and Vermont can claim Sovereignty over Marriage laws;

If Utah can claim Sovereignty over Gun manufacturer Laws.

If we have a Supreme Court Nominee, Judge Sotomayer saying the 2nd Amendment of the "Bill of Rights" does not apply to States.

Why shouldn't Alaska proclaim sovereignty...
