I think Sen. Lindsey Graham question to Eric Holder was the most revealing.

Sen Graham asked Holder, "Can you name another example where an enemy combatant captured on foreign soil was charged and placed on trial?"

Attn. Gen Eric Holder said he could not and would have to do some research.

You would think Eric Holder would have done that research before putting KSM on Trial.
