First let me say I support Vouchers.
But Vouchers won't pass because Teacher's Union oppose quality education.
Conservatives won't really push for vouchers because in conservative communities, the schools are doing very well.
The real problems in education are in communites where Liberals run the school boards like the big cities.
The more Liberal the community, the more failed schools.
