No, Olive Garden isn't just noodles. Also, the food is described on the menu, so you know what you're getting. Not sure what your issue is... I do agree, though, that Culver's is mighty tasty, both the burgers and the frozen custard.

High gasoline prices coupled with 2% payroll tax hikes is going to take a bite out of restaurant sales this year. For some chains the slump has already started.
