O, and no Iron Lady bashing from me. I admired here tremendously. I am a child of the 80's and she and Reagan will always be linked to the decade. I admire her for the fact that she stood up to the Soviet Union and was not mamby pamby about them. It was fitting diplomacy for the time. We are not all atheists or marxists or communists. I can be liberal without being those things.
Okay, here we go: I'm a lefty who visits this site to see what the right is saying - I comment now and again. I have to ask: why is it that the right thinks we are "tolerent"? Is there a quote somewhere where we claimed to be "tolerent". Who on the left made this claim? Seriously, I would like to know. I know we aren't always tolerent - I'm not delusional. Thanks.
