The individual paid for those roads, those public schools and that police force through his taxes. The "Social Contract" is between the individual and government, not between individuals in society. A person gives up some of this liberty to have his rights to life, liberty and PROPERTY protected by the state. He doesn't become the servant of the government or society by using the things he helped pay for. Everything she says is wrong because she is wrongheaded.
