Do you or anyone reading this, know how an editorial 'word-count' is done ? For example, if an editor said he wanted an 800 word article from you, how would you get in to the ball park of that number? I think spaces are counted, but what is the length ( measured by word-count ) of this column ?

NRA News has released the first episode from their newest contributor Colion Noir, a young man who grew up in Houston. Noir is the first of many new, young and diverse commentators for NRA News.
