Equivocation Try spacetime - including all matter and energy - from nothing.
Atheistic abiogenic origin of life is an equally greater religious belief, even less subject to the bounds of rationality. With your Phd, try grappling with the mathematics shown in Hubert Yockey's Information Theory, Evolution and the Origin of Life. See also John Stanford, Genetic Entropy & the Mystery of the Genome, to review of population dynamics models. Then try out the models yourself using Mendel's Accountant. http://mendelsaccount.sourceforge.net/ There are no realistic options to get "beneficial" mutations to exceed the accumulating weight of harmful mutations. At least the resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth is subject to examination of available historical evidence.
"evolution is a fact" is an equivocation between Mutations are observed - our DNA documents that mutations are accumulating, causing increasing cancer and birth defects Microevolution - of functionality being destroyed - has been shown. e.g. sycle cell anemia resistance to malaria. Macroevolution has never been observed. All population dynamic models show evidence against it. The creative accumulation of DNA mutations to give new positive function flies in the face of all we know of the science of stochastic processes. Mr. Chambers, Chairman & CEO Chambers {at} cisco {dot} com Ms. Nigel, Chief Diversity Officer Marilynn {at} cisco {dot} com Please redress the severe injustice done to Dr. Turek in firing him on heresay without review for his personal off work support of the foundational values of the Declaration of Independence and Western culture - outside of his work for Cisco. See "The Cisco Kid" by Mike Adams. It appears Cisco is absolutely intolerant of anyone upholding foundational American principles, including the "unalienable rights granted by the Creator", and of the "laws of nature and of nature's God." It appears you enforce absolute rejection of the freedom of religion and the freedom of speech in your work. This action directly...
"National born citizen" requires BOTH parents being US citizens AND birth within US jurisdiction. See Emmerich de Vattel, Law of Nations. "The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens." Regardless of where Obama was born, his father was NEVER a US Citizen. Thus Obama was a British citizen at birth. That irreparably disqualified him. As president elect Obama had "failed to qualify", as required by Amendment XX, by failing to provide ANY prima facie evidence/documentation to federal officers, and by irreparably failing to be a natural born citizen by having a Kenyan father who was never a US citizen.

Who is funding this mosque and why? "So now it transpires that a key money- man behind the proposed Ground Zero mosque is a one-time supporter of a group shut down by the feds because it was a front for Hamas. . . . It was reported last night that Hisham Elzanaty -- an Egyptian-born businessman from Long Island -- provided a big chunk of the $4.8 million needed to buy the building that will be demolished to make way for the mosque. Among other things, Elzanaty runs a Bronx-based medicial supply company that had to refund more than $300,000 in Medicaid payments in 2004-2005. In 1999, he donated thousands to the Holy Land Foundation, later shuttered by the feds because of its Hamas ties. . . . As The Post reported yesterday, Rauf has...

William Ochan Levi reports: "In 1983, the government of Sudan imposed Shariah law on the entire country, including the Christians of southern Sudan. Soon I, a southern Sudanese Christian, began to see the effects, including the confiscation of land, destruction of churches, forced conversion to Islam, raping of women and severing of limbs for violating Shariah's dictates. For my part in a student demonstration opposing the regime, I was later arrested and tortured. In 1988, I fled Sudan for this country. A year later, a military coup in Khartoum brought the most extremist, pro-Iranian forces to power. In the years that followed, the radical Islamist regime unleashed a full-scale jihad against South Sudan. It killed more than 2 million...

A major foundation to jury nullification was the The Trial of the Seven Bishops

As a result, the right to petition was preserved in the (English)Bill of Rights (1689) and from there to the US' First Amendment.

"The constitutions of Maryland, Indiana, Oregon, and Georgia currently have provisions guaranteeing the right of jurors to “judge” or “determine” the law in “all criminal cases.”

Article 23 of Maryland’s Constitution states:
In the trial of all criminal cases, the Jury shall be the Judges of Law, as well as of fact, except that the Court may pass upon the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain a conviction. The right of trial by Jury of all issues of fact in civil proceedings in the several Courts of Law in this State, where the amount in controversy exceeds the sum of five thousand dollars, shall be inviolably preserved.

Art. 1, Sec. 19, of Indiana’s Constitution says:
In all criminal cases whatever, the jury shall...
