Did you happen to notice what Hurricane Sandy did/is doing/will do to the "Megacity" of New York? And what was that Jesus said about the man who built his house on the sand? Not to mention that little bit about "...they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, and they did not know anything about it until the waters rose and swept them away." The average Megacity, including the one I live in, is about 12 hours from starvation, or an even quicker death, at any given hour of any given day. Just ask them over at Breezy Point...oh, wait, that burned down, didn't it?

It was just a germ in fleas and rats. Sandy was just a Hurricane, and intelligent individuals will build, from now on, in a manner that will better deal with them. And intelligent people will not be willing to supplement stupid choices. Those that have lost so much should swear 'never again', whatever that takes.
