Vote-Counting May Mean Nothing

H.C. Reform is a done deal and it always has been. There's no way to back down and it's glaringly obvious that people like Boehner are just being political s s h o l e s just to be obstructionist.

Some measure of reform has to happen and soon. Insurance companies with their thug tactics of denial of benefits is the first thing that has to go.

These "concerns for our freedom" is pure bullshiit. Medicare/Medicaid is a government-run health care program, along with S-Chip, WIC, and dozens of other programs and so far, we haven't turned into a communist country. These Congress and Senators don't care about you -- they just want to pull their "I Hate Obama and Want To See Him Fail" childish garbage on you and get you to...
Pelosi said just yesterday that "We feel very strong about where we are,” in terms of Democrats gaining enough votes to pass Obamacare. The count isn't there — most observers still say the Speaker has fallen short in gaining the requisite 216 "ayes." But if she's going forward with the vote on Sunday, there's got to be some measure of confidence that's motivating her. It would be bizarre for something of this importance to be a total bluff.
