I believe you are wrong Mr Lincoln. I believe there are enough of us left who will not go peacefully into the night. We will rage against the coming darkness....and we may fail. But when its all over those who remain, those who did not genuinely take up the fight, but more importantly those who were against us in opinion, will have little choice but to agree with us and continue to challenge the bolsheviks! What we need is a law making it illegal for an employer to restrict or punish an employee for self-defense! If an employee is at risk of an aggravated assault, then they have a right to use any legal means of self-defense at their disposal! Without risk of losing their job for exercising that right!

After years of dealing with collectors and CRA's both as a debtor and as a debt owner, I am convinced that all the CRA's and most collectors are at best unethical, at worst criminal in their behavior! All have a vested interest in proliferating and maintaining inaccurate and incorrect data. They no motivation to correct bad data. Laws made ostensibly to make them behave are ignored because the laws have no effective "teeth" and are mostly ignored on a daily, wholesale basis. Only when faced with certain legal action do they respond appropriately. They also treat anyone with a record in their system with disrespect and use any method, lies, threats, and worse to collect. I no longer use ANY of them in association with any of my businesses!
