Maybe Mark Kelly won't suffer any consequences but I'll bet you my next paycheck that if I lied on that form I'd be in jail before you could SAY Mark Kelly. When I bought my Beretta 9mm I went over the form very carefully to make sure there were no errors; the dealer then went back over it with me just to make sure. There was no problem and I have a great firearm in my Beretta 92FS, which, by the way has a 15 round magazine. Does that make it an assault handgun?
