Smacking Down Progressives of Pallor

Did Michelle actually refer to Garofolo as a "starlet"? No porcelain faced starlet, she, but a stoney faced, potty mouthed coprophagous gorgon. Yes, this is ad hominem attack. So what? She has no actual ideas of substance to attack. All she does is fling excrement at her political adversaries. Her own excrement at that.
The big problem is that Obama and his Democrat allies believe that the way to fix the economy is by the government doing something. The only thing they could actually DO is to undo just about everything they have done. the could also begin to eliminate unnecessary, wasteful departments, like energy, education, HUD, agriculture, etc.

Misleading Words Part II

Whenever somebody says the government will pay for something, they should substitute the words "my neighbors will pay for it."
Either the flat tax or preferably the fair tax would be a good start. You can not do everything at once. I like the fair tax as everyone has skin in the game. With sensible legislators elected, we could begin to whittle away at the excessive entitlements. We could also gradually eliminate entire departments and government subsidies, like education, energy, HUD, agriculture, etc. Also the IRS would be eliminated and so would several billion dollars it costs to operate it. So as not to throw all these government workers out of their jobs at one time, the program eliminations ought to be phased in gradually, like over five years. Just the elimination of Obama Care would save billions.

Dim Bulbs in Government and Hollywood

My most recent purchase of CFL bulbs cost a mere $.50 per bulb. How is this more expensive than the old incandescent bulbs? True, they are ugly, but we use them in places where they can't be seen. BUT the fed gov't should not be telling anyone what light bulbs they can buy. And besides that, I really like peas!

Jon Stewart vs. Fox Facts

Sara's stuff is cut and pasted verbatim from the internet. She should have acknowledged that . The point not being mentioned is that socialist governments do not approve of free speech. The Canadian prime minister did not agree with his government but lost the argument. FOX is definitely heard in Canada, but not from stations based in Canada. Fox News is heard in almost every country in the "free world". If Fox news broadcasts lies, then the rest of the MSM are world champion gold medal liars.

Porkulus: Cash for Tax Cheats

Michelle's column is one more example of why we need the Fair Tax. With it, there is very little opportunity to cheat. Every time you buy something, you pay tax. In addition to being cheat resistant, this tax gets everybody into the game. Yes, it is regressive. So What? Everybody ought to have some skin in the game. NO Moochers or looters could get away with cheating.
The solution is civil disobedience. The coal mines should continue to produce coal and the energy providers should continue to burn coal to produce energy regardless of what the EPA dictates. Nobody elected these people at the EPA. What can they do to stop it? Send in the Army? We need massive civil disobedience in this country against stupid regulations. Or are we to allow ourselves to be governed by the stupid?
