President Obama: You're no Bill Clinton

The clintons set the stage for obama. bubba was a bona fide illegal draft dodger who was never punished, and who demonstrated against the U.S. while on foreign soil. He was invited to Moscow several times while at Oxford, before being asked to resign due to a rape accusation. He was fortunate to have a Republican Congress, but his election (both times) was a slap in the face to those of us who served in Vietnam. I'm not sure what this country is thinking when they elect a draft dodger and then, after 9/11, elect someone named, barack hussein obama.

I don't know what they were thinking when they passed over an American hero with roots to the revolution for an enigma from the ghettos of chicago who hasn't spoken the truth since he was born.

Shippie-enough with the McCain love-fest. He is a back-stabbing politician that stuck it to his party a number of times, seized control of the Senate with his "Gang" (for the sole purpose of ruining the career of Bill Frist) and ran a boring, lackluster campaign with one eye on the door- ensuring that he would still have all of his old Dem buddies when he lost. He didn't play to win and we all lost. I admit he served his country honorably and made huge sacrifices for all those years in the Hanoi Hilton and for that he has my respect. It is what he did for the subsequent thirty years that has garnered my contempt. He would have been slightly better than BHO. With all due respect to you sir. Have a great Navy day.

I agree with CVN65. I admire McCain for his bravery as a POW. But as a politician, he was despicable. As a president, I think he would have been just as bad as BHO... He just wouldn't have dumped it on us all at once, but rather would have allowed the slow creep to the left that has been going on for years. At least with Obama, he piled the left agenda on us so fast that it's been a wake up call. Under McCain, we would have been like frogs in a pot of water that is slowly brought to a boil. Under Obama, it's been more like a frog dumped in an almost boiling pot, and still given a chance to jump out.

When McCain was captured after being shot down he couldn't wait to let them know his old man was the admiral, and he got rather special treatment. He was wormy then and he's wormy now, but he would have been better than the idiot who's in there now.

that sir is a blatant lie, his fellow captives have been very supportive of McCain, and he never used his position as an admiral's son while in captivity!

When one reads our history and compare the men who founded this nation to people like the clintons and this commieclown, it turns my stomach. That we went from those MEN who pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to this lying weasel is disgusting. Those men were what this fool obama now calls the 1%, the richest men in the nation...what this commie doesn't mention and his base are too GD stupid to understand is that they didn't HAVE to risk it all, they could have lived out their lives in comfort...In 1777 the King offered amnesty if they'd drop the idea of independence, however some, John Adams for one, were on a list to be hanged even if they had accepted it..such is the veracity of gov'ts.

It what an education will do to one now days.
The Obama re-election team must be in panic mode. The president is stuck in a virtual tie with Mitt Romney in some polls and behind him in others, so in desperation it has reached out to the Big Dog, Bill Clinton, for help.

Clinton will speak next month at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C., in a Wednesday night position often reserved for the vice presidential nominee. Obama and Clinton have not had the most cordial relationship, but when you're drowning, your feelings about the lifeguard matter less than his ability to keep you afloat. And Obama is...
