After his car was impounded, he paid a $220 fine and walked away. That's chump change. Federal, state and city democrat governments bend over backwards to favor illegals because they are waiting for an executive order from Barry declaring them all legal. Votes...votes...votes.
The only upside to that will be that all the college graduates working at McDonalds will have their jobs taken by the newly legal-illegals and appreciate what Barry's unemployment numbers really mean. Obama tough love.
