Those states that refuse to be a part of the solution to the constant increasing cost of healthcare in the US are making it difficult to bring such costs down to allow even the poor to be covered. I would prefer the states that elected ignorant conservative medievallists to accept their fate and continue to be brought to the edge of bankruptcy because of increasing helath care costs while those that elected progressive officials to enjoy the fruits of their wisdom.
