Please explain to me how putting this young man to death is going to fix things? Are you asking for revenge? Is that what this is all about? Revenge has no place in a judicial system as you should know. However I do cut you some slack after all you are part of a bloodthirsty, violent, dysfunctional and perverse society. America regulary and consistently practices terror on numerous peoples around the world whether openly by drones or covertly through CIA operations or black ops, murdering, destroying, torturing, raping, assassinating and creating hellish situations for the poor victims of America's psychotic interest. Perhaps Americans should be subject to the same applications of "justice" as are being called for in this case.

"Revenge" isn't the right word here. It's "justice." And yes, part of justice is to deter, not just to avenge. The bombing of the Boston marathon crowd murdered three people and injured nearly 200 more (creating a couple dozen amputees in the process). And the intent was to murder many more. It was planned and coldblooded mass murder. Justice requires nothing less than administering the death penalty to the surviving Tsarnaev brother. We want to make sure that no future terrorist gets the same idea.

Tell us Archie what country are you from? I am assuming you are a Muslim just from your hatred of America. Why do you live here? Are you to afraid to live in your peaceful bomb loving country in the Middle East? Let's talk about the judicial system in the Middle East and their love of Christians. Oh wait minute, they kill Christians in their judicial system. Putting these radical Islamic monsters to death, probably painlessly, is far to good for them. They should be wrapped in bombs and blown up. We Americans should give the same application of "justice" to radical islamic Muslims as they give to us. Just quoting you!

Archie1954, calm down, and while you're at it, why don't you take a look at the graphic photos of the Boston bombing, which are REAL, in contrast to your mostly imagined atrocities allegedly committed by the United States. Execution of this guy is not at all about revenge; it's about appropriate punishment for a callous act. You really need to think about your mindset here.
