MITT ROMNEY BESTS OBAMA AT AL SMITH DINNER Last night at the Waldoff Mitt Romney put on quite a show brilliantly besting Barack Obama at the 67th annual Al Smith Memorial Dinner-just as he'll be besting him on November 6th. Praising Romeny's hilarious speech Pam Geller said it best: "Mitt channeled Carson, Obama ..... Willy Loman." How right she is: Obama was the whily low-man at the event. BTW, in 1928 when Democrat Al Smith lost the presidential race to Herbert Hoover the election date was November 6th. Moreover, Election Day 1928 was during the Coolidge Administration, the last Massachusetts governor to be President. continued

Mitt Romney bests Obama at everything, constantly.

It's also interesting to note that the Republican Hoover defeated Al Smith 84 years ago. Why is this interesting? Because since it started in 1946 the Al Smith Dinner (as of yesterday) has had a total of 85 speakers: Mitt Romney was the 84th-an amazing coincidence, and a meaningful one as we shall see in 18 days with Obama's defeat.

Happy Friday everyone. Last night at the annual Alfred E. Smith Memorial Dinner hosted by Cardinal Timothy Dolan in New York City, Governor Mitt Romney took his speaking opportunity to roast President Obama....while he was sitting just a few feet away. Romney also took some friendly shots at the press, who were sitting right behind him during his remarks. Watching his speech in full is well worth your time and I guarantee you'll laugh out loud.
