Ed Koch never served in Congress and he CUT budgets of many different programs while Mayor of NYC. If we have to have liberals, Ed Koch would be a pretty tolerable one.

Koch called himself "a liberal with sanity". No, just one more person who put Israel first at the expense of America while at the same time doing everything he could to bankrupt the country while in Congress.
