When Barack Obama made the explosive revelation about Iran's hidden nuclear plant at Qom what completely went unnoticed was the significance of the date and its relevance to the conflict. For after concealing this information for nine months Obama, whose timing is often bad but always revealing, inadvertently decided to make the disclosure on September 25th, one year from the date that Congress shelved an important piece of legislation vital, in my view, to igniting a massive anti-regime revolt in Iran and driving the mullahs from power.
