Bill Press is just being consistent. He believes that wealth is a zero sum game therefore if one person is rich it is because he stole wealth from someone else. Apparently, for Press courage is also a zero sum game. If the people of one country are courageous it is because they have stolen the courage of other nations and it is Press's duty to see that the courage is returned. Perhaps Press will advocate a redistribution of courage so that no nation might have more courage than another. After all, if no one were braver than anyone else there would be no wars. Press should consider moving to Zimbabwe. There's little courage in a country cowed by an oppressive government and no freedom at all.

Liberal talk radio host Bill Press has a bone to pick...with the Star Spangled Banner. Press said recently on his radio show that his main goal is to get rid of it. At first, Press tries to play off his issue with the National Anthem as being because the song is difficult to sing, but quickly expresses his true feelings about the song:

"It's an abomination."

"Are we the only ones who are brave on the planet? I mean all the brave people live here. I mean it’s just stupid I think."

"I’m embarrassed, I’m embarrassed...
