Funny timing on this article, as I was just thinking on this exact subject just the other day, only the point I was at was, we are in trouble because our govt has legislated the forced acceptance of IMmorality. When we have been forced by law to accept what we know to be wrong and immoral, it is now our destiny to be destroyed from within. I see no way to turn this ship around, America has been doomed.

It’s one of the perennial debates in America, especially when we’re faced with socially divisive issues: Can you legislate morality?

If we mean by that question, “Can you make people moral through laws?” the answer is plainly no. If we mean, “Are laws put in place to govern people’s moral behavior?” the answer is plainly yes.
