Moran: GOP Would Be Running on "Taliban Ticket" in Afghanistan

Congressman Jim Moran is no stranger to saying idiotic things controversy.  And today he went out on his own limb again, in a state where the "Taliban" candidate is leading by about 18 points:

At a get-out-the-vote rally in Fairfax County, Moran said: “I mean, if the Republicans were running in Afghanistan, they’d be running on the Taliban ticket as far as I can see.”
