Al Gore, Super-Rich Sellout

4. Al Gore now has more oil wealth than Richard Cheney, and is richer than Mitt Romney. (LOL, Townhall won't let me post the diminutive name of our former VP.)
It's not Obama's fault. (Nothing is.) You see, after 3 1/2 years, his national security advisers apparently still haven't learned not to schedule the daily briefings at 1pm. That is the time (weather permitting) that The One tees off. If it rained as much in DC as it does in, say, Seattle, the President would surely attend more briefings. It's the weather's fault that he doesn't.
Typical NYT hogwash. The 9/11 hijackers were already here busily learning how to fly planes (in a USA presided over by Bill Clinton) long before the 2000 election even began to heat up. Democrats were too busy campaigning for planet earth and Al Gore, and helping him try to sue his way into the White House to pay much attention to national security. Bill Clinton was too preoccupied giving serial adultery tips to Gore's running mate, John Edwards, and negotiating the enormous bribe required for him to pardon the FBI's then-most-wanted fugitive, Mark Rich. Finally, Hillary was too buys plotting the theft of White House furniture and china (and a senate seat from New York) to focus on Osama bin Laden.
Amusing. Meatless Mondays. Chosen for alliteration, to save the planet and to avoid PC litigation. Can you imagine how quickly the ACLU would have sued over a Federal department's promotion of meatless Fridays?
The folks most likely to swallow these lies because they are too lazy to fact check, are likely also the folks who will be too lazy to get out and vote in November. If O-blah-blah spends all his campaign cash on lies like this - that are provably false to reasonable people seeking answers - he will lose. Romney's responses must be made more swiftly and forcefully, however.

I do remember the old Warner Brother’s cartoons. They were somewhat violent, but most of the blatant stereotypes that 40’s audiences had found so funny had been censored out of them by the time I saw them on TV. The one exception was the character of Pepe LePew, who literally embodies the overt stereotype that the French are smelly and don't bathe -- he’s a skunk! Why is this? I always guessed this character persisted because anemic French immigration to US shores left too few French American descendants available to whine about him, rage about how disadvantaged the stereotype had made them, and demand government/FCC censorship and aid. French socialists sure do seem to need a lot of government intervention in their lives.
