They spent their money not to negotiate for themselves but to negotiate for an entire nation to have Obamacare. They not only screwed their own workers they contributed to screwing over the entire nation.

No freedom loving small government conservative could possibly back him. If he is the nominee it will be a liberal democrat vs. a liberal with an R next to his name. To the RNC who chose big government, freedom hating, health insurance mandate Romney, former rebublican Gary Johnson could look very good to me again if you think Christie is the answer.

McCain now backing attempts to limit 2nd amendment rights. He objected to Rand Paul's filibuster to protect American's rights to trial before getting a death sentence from the President. He supports indefinite detention of americans without trial or counsel if they are suspected of terrorism (the potential abuse is enormous), he supported warrantless searches of the Patriot Act. This former military man is now the enemy from within, attacking our constitutional freedoms at every turn.

McCain said "The purpose of the United States Senate is to debate and to vote and to let the people know where we stand.” Unfortunately we know where he stands, in favor of attacking gun rights, in favor of indefinite detention of Americans without trial nor an attorney, in favor of warrantless search and seizure. A man who once served in the military to protect our freedoms now is an enemy of them.

It's great to see the number willing to stand up for the consititution growing. Rand Paul is showing himself to be a true leader. Hopefully these constitutional stands will carry over to other issues as well. Most of out nations problems can be traced to where we strayed for our constitutional principles.

Absolutely, the 10th amendment needs to be used to stop this power grab by our federal government. As more states pass laws to limit Obamacare, gun control, etc we will see Supreme Court challenges. As soon as one state's law is upheld we have the precendent to strike down a number of federal regulations at the state level.

Excellent story. I have always said the gun in my house is the same as my insurance policy should the house catch fire. I hope to never need them but will never be without them.

When despots try to pass unconstitutional legislation it is up to true patriots to defend our rights.
