Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came to them and spake unto them saying, all AUTHORITY has been given unto Me on heaven and on earth. That does not leave any authority for the devil except what is given him. Jesus said, "All AUTHORITY", not all "power". Jesus had the right to use all the POWER because he had ALL the AUTHORITY over the devils power, and the authority to use the devils power. 1 Cor. 11:12 & 2 Cor. 5:18. But ALL things are of God. Wow! That little phrase is used twice in the New Testament. We know some things are thru the devil, and that's true, but they are primarily of God. God's plan is what is being fulfilled here on earth, not the devils. As a nation, we have turned from God. Until we, as a nation, REPENT, there will be pain!
