How do you know what Buffet's secretary makes? Do you really think that the secretary of a high power man like him makes that little? If he is a "truth teller" as you say, then he must also be a jerk of a boss to pay her so little. Actually, lets assume that he is telling the truth. If that's the case,then his secretary must make more than $200K per year. And furthermore, he is being misleading because his income is not first income anymore but actually investment income. In other words, this is from money that he earned and paid taxes on and then after taxes he risked by investing. If he loses money on those investments, he does not get compensated. BUT if he earns money he must pay taxes, at lower rate of course.

Ridiculous times call for ridiculous statements from the Obama campaign. Campaign spokesperson Jen Psaki said on Air Force One this afternoon there was "grassroots outcry" about Big Bird and therefore the campaign decided to make the now infamous Big Bird ad.

"There's been a strong grassroots outcry over the attacks on Big Bird. This is something that mothers across the country are alarmed about, and you know, we're tapping into that," Psaki told reporters aboard Air Force One on Tuesday.
