Interesting to clamor for "EQUALITY", but then decry that in keeping with Equal standards are unfair. Standards for men shall be X. Standards for women shall be X-2. Standards for whites shall be Y. Standards for a "minority" shall be Y-2. How can equality be achieved when standards and expectations are not equal?
