GOVT Equality standards mean that Doctor "Joe" who is not a woman or targeted minority is required to meet standard X*2. But, in third party equalization standards, the Woman or targeted minority need only be X-2 to qualify. The dumbing down and lowering of standards to meet the visions of third party groups is not beneficial to anyone. The vast majority of human beings don't care what gender, race, religion, age, etc.,.. A person is. They only, and I, only care if they meet or exceed standard X*2. The greater the doctor is above X*2, the greater that doctor is in demand.

Interesting to clamor for "EQUALITY", but then decry that in keeping with Equal standards are unfair. Standards for men shall be X. Standards for women shall be X-2. Standards for whites shall be Y. Standards for a "minority" shall be Y-2. How can equality be achieved when standards and expectations are not equal?

History is replete with keeping groups of people uneducated, even banned from learning to read, for the purposes of keeping them suppressed. Amazingly, black groups are plagued by poor education amongst all of the so-called good intentions brought by liberals, while exploiting their ignorance and poor education for profitable gains. One must wonder if the dumbing down of minorities is intentional by democrats.

Cops secure a scene after a crime has been committed and assist in apprehension of a perpetrator of a crime that has already taken place. They don't and cannot prevent crime, most of the time. Citizens need armaments to protect from criminals. Police are called to apprehend after the fact.

My only gripe is that I need purchase a book I already own with but a hundred new pages. I'm paying for all of the type, paper, etc.,... Of a X+Y page book and it's costs rather than a Y page book of the new material. Can't I just purchase the The new material?
