Has the program changed the outcome of the students who attend? Did students from the poor neighborhood become better students from it?

Send the kids who want to learn at an accelerated rated to Basis, in DC. You want a challenge? That's it! Physics, Chemistry(stoichiometry and chemical equation balancing), biology, Latin, English, Algebra.......all in the 6th grade. That's SIXTH GRADE!! And, they the kids learn it. Only, keeping up is difficult. No tv..... Two hours homework and study 6nights. Teachers are available before and after school for assistance for the kids. Electives if 6th grade are P.E. And music or art. Music and art come with reports and tests on music theory and history.
A Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom episode was replayed several months ago. The episode focused on the Arctic hare and the bobcat. The focus was more on a studied cycle relationship between the two and a cyclical weather pattern. The pattern witnessed over several decades was the rise and fall of populations of each in correlation of the food supply. After a warm couple of seasons, the hare population exploded, giving rise to a bobcat population explosion. As the hare is eaten in greater amounts and a colder few years hit (less food from shorter growing season), the populations decline, leaving fittest and strongest to survive.
It's called a cycle!!! Women have them!! The earth has them(called seasons)!!! Life in nature has them..... We are told its called science. It's called evolution. How can animals evolve if the weak, slow, and stupid are kept alive. It would seem mankind is in need of some of the evolutionary process. Weed out the progressives from the herd and let the wildlife have at them.

Minimum Wage Madness: Part II

30-50yr olds consistently employed, devoid of consistent disciplinary action, do NOT earn minimum wages. The 'living wage', 'fair' wage, need for increased minimum wage stories are nothing but political fiction for uninformed, misinformed, entitled, and envious class of miscreants in the US.

Affirmative Action, while being a disriminatory practice itself with good intentions, doesn't seem to be a disincentive to morality, ethics, or values. The cult of 'diversity' by Universities as a facade for discriminatory practice to benefit blacks and relating it to the breakdown of black communities, doesn't seem to hold water. Has there ever been historical evidence of special privileges given to a group leading to social ills of that group? What has been the greatest negative impact upon the family unit in Black communities? I would seem that it IS the family unit disintegration that is the culprit behind the terrible situation black communities are in.
