B.S. Romney lost the election because he disenfranchised the liberty minded base of the party, such as the Ron Paul revolution who drew huge support everywhere. the GOP at the convention then proceeded to script rule changes to silence the voice of liberty in the party, just like the democrats did during their convention. You are right in that it is not just the economy, its the police state stupid. If you wont represent me then the libertarians will. win or lose my vote will always be for liberty. GIVE ME LIBERTY OR well you know!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you really think Ron Paul could have won? However conservatives and libertarians have to come together to replace the establishment. They can agree on the economy but need a new vision for a post/post war foreign policy. We aren't even close on foreign policy or social issues. Both are crucial and both can be shaped under a constitutional vision of freedom under the rule of law. But it won't happen without a serious dialogue. See Sowell today.

The missed opportunities were endless. After CNN’s Candy Crowley silenced him in the second debate on the Benghazi attack, Mr. Romney declined to expose Mr. Obama’s shocking lies and transparent cover-up. He also declined to educate Americans about the administration’s brazen lawlessness, especially that of the Justice Department,...
